Cryptopia  ABOUT:

Cryptopia is based in Christchurch, New Zealand. So, it is a combination of cryptocurrency exchange, trading platform, and marketplace.
It was founded by Adam Clark and Rob Dawson and is designed to facilitate the purchasing, selling and trading of almost anything, using cryptocurrency.
The crypto traders know them as a go-to place for small coins. Hence, more often than not, you will find some real gems on Cryptopia that you can buy before they appear on other exchanges and rocket in price.
Launched in 2014, Cryptopia is an all-in-one style exchange and trading site focused around cryptos. Cryptopia focuses on better user experience rather than just being another one-stop-shop. It allows you to purchase altcoins at whatever prices that other users offer. And also sell them for the price you think you’ll get.
Their website also features a fully functional online shop. There you can buy almost anything from gift cards to headphones to a car, with cryptocurrency. Bitcoin and other currencies transfer between users are free of charge.
Official website:

Cryptopia is purely a crypto-to-crypto exchange. This means that you’re unable to use it to buy coins with fiat currencies like the USD.
Instead, you’ll need to acquire either BTC, USDT, NZDT, LTC, or DOGE and transfer it to your Cryptopia account to begin trading. Cryptopia has a standard exchange interface. It features a graph that allows you to easily switch between candlesticks for price and volume, an order book/depth chart, and a distribution chart.
The exchange dashboard is a little cluttered. It shows a searchable list of all the markets as well as the 24-hour market summary for each market. Additionally, it displays the top market by trading volume for each currency.
Using Cryptopia is generally secure. The platform does not distribute personal information, and it uses an HTTPS security certificate. Their website homepage is awesome and everything is clean and slick.

There is no free demo account.

In the case of transferring cryptocurrency, the transfer time varies based on the business of the network and the altcoin in question. In many cases, the transfer is completed in a matter of minutes.
Transferring fiat currency, either as a deposit or withdrawal of New Zealand dollars, can take a few days based on business, the time of day, and how long it takes for the transaction to be approved.

You can get in touch with Cryptopia on social media, but email support is their main customer support tool. There is also a live chat and you can also post your issues on their active forum on their website.
Also, the official profiles on Facebook and Twitter are professionally handled. Customer support is continually a real sticking point for every cryptocurrency operation. General queries are made via a contact form.
But there is a hefty FAQ page and the accompanying forum is provided. This is good when trying to find out general information about trading and cryptocurrency.
